Tier 1 – The Essentials:
For the self-starter who wants to learn and apply macros on their own. You’ll get: If you choose Tier 1 – The Essentials, you can join the program anytime and dive into my detailed course, working at your own pace.

  • Self-paced learning – Work through the MacroFit modules at your own speed

  • Master your macros – Learn how to set your numbers based on your goals

  • Follow the program – Access all the resources, but no coaching calls or expert feedback on your numbers

Perfect for those who love independence and want to track with confidence!

Tier 2 – Coaching, Support & Accountability:
For those who want expert guidance, accountability, and a personalized approach. You’ll get everything from Tier 1, plus:

  • 3 One-on-One Coaching Sessions – We’ll set your macros together, take measurements, and create a personalized plan

  • 4 Group Coaching Calls – Get support, ask questions, and stay on track with the community

  • Weekly Check-Ins – Stay accountable with regular progress tracking and feedback

  • Group Support & Accountability – Connect with like-minded individuals working toward similar goals

Tier 3 – The Transformation:

This tier is for clients who are all in—nutrition, training, coaching, and accountability—for a total transformation!

How does it work?

  • You will learn about macronutrients, understanding their significance, how to track them, and the tools we use throughout the process,

  • This involves purchasing food scales, downloading MyFitnessPal, and acquiring any other tools needed for accurate food tracking

  • Baseline data collection involves tracking your current food intake, activity levels, and body metrics to create a personalized macro plan that fits your lifestyle and goals. This step helps identify patterns, ensure accuracy, and set you up for sustainable success.

  • What to Expect:

    - 3 individual sessions with me

    - 3 measurements and weight checks

    - 1-3 different macro calculations

    - 8-12 weeks of support (via text, phone, in-person, or group)

    - 3 food log checks in MyFitnessPal per week

    - A peer support system
