Beginner Strength Class

Beginner Strength is designed for anyone new to lifting or those returning after time away. In this small-group class, you’ll learn the fundamentals of resistance training in a safe, supportive environment while training alongside others who are starting fresh—just like you.

We’ll focus on proper form, essential movement patterns, and how to confidently use barbells, dumbbells, and other equipment. Along the way, you’ll gain strength, energy, and confidence that carries over into every area of your life.
