This is not a generic training plan. HYROX Performance Coaching is a fully individualized coaching program designed around your goals, strengths, weaknesses, schedule, training history, and race timeline.
Because this program is highly personalized, I intentionally limit coaching to 5 athletes at a time. This allows me to provide individualized programming, ongoing accountability, race strategy, and the level of support needed to help you perform at your highest level.

Training for HYROX is one of the most complete tests of fitness because it demands both strength and cardiovascular endurance at a high level — at the same time. It’s not enough to be strong, and it’s not enough to have a good engine. You must lift, push, pull, carry, and move under fatigue while repeatedly returning to 1km runs.
HYROX challenges muscular strength, power, aerobic capacity, and mental resilience in one continuous effort. It exposes weaknesses in pacing, recovery, fueling, and movement efficiency — making it a true measure of overall athleticism. I’ve trained hard and placed in several HYROX races.
